E-Box Inside

Easy maintenance is achieved by having the electronic controls within the indoor unit’s housing. This integrated design allows for a more compact size, easier installation and maintenance.

Extra Low Temperature Heating

When it’s cold outside it’s warm inside. Eco-Air’s Hyper Heat ductless systems can be used as a primary heat source, with heat output down to -30°C.

2-Way Piping Connections

The refrigerant piping, condensate drain piping and electrical wiring are concealed behind the indoor unit head and can enter on the left or right side for installation flexibility.

24-Hour Timer

This feature allows the user to program the unit to start and stop automatically during any 24-hour period.

Auto Defrost

The Auto Defrost feature prevents the indoor unit from freezing up and helps maintain humidity control while in lower temperature conditions.

Auto Restart Function

If the air conditioner turns off unexpectedly due to a power outage, it will restart with the previous settings automatically when the power resumes.

Low Ambient Cooling

When its cold outside and you still need cooling inside, the air conditioner can still operate and keep cooling the indoor space. This is especially useful for rooms with lots of glazing that need cooling during the shoulder seasons as well as in server rooms and commercial kitchens.

Follow Me Feature

At the push of a button, the follow me feature uses the internal temperature sensor located in the hand held remote and provides the user with more individualized temperature control. When this feature is not used, a sensor located in the indoor head monitors the room’s return air average temperature for reference.

Inverter Technology

With an Inverter Heat Pump, the outdoor unit uses only the energy required to meet the desired room temperature, thus reducing electricity consumption while maximizing system efficiency and occupant comfort.

Louver Position Memory

Horizontal louver will automatically move to the same position as set the last time the unit was turned on.

Refrigerant Leak Detection

In the unlikely event of a refrigerant leak, the indoor unit will display an “EC” error code and the system will turn itself off. This protects the compressor from high temperature damage due to a low refrigerant condition. If this condition occurs, a qualified service technician must be called to diagnose and take corrective action.

Wired Remote Control

Compared with a handheld remote controller, a wired controller can be permanently mounted on the wall like a conventional thermostat. The wired controller provides all of the same features as the remote.

Base Pan Heater

A base pan heating element is factory installed on the base plate of the outdoor unit to prevent water and ice accumulation during defrost cycles or adverse winter conditions. This ensures proper water drainage and protects the outdoor equipment from damage.

Compressor Heating Belt

A factory installed heating belt is fitted on the compressor to help achieve easy compressor start ups during extreme weather conditions and helps to promote proper compressor lubrication.

Sleep Well

Uninterrupted Comfort While You Sleep

In the Cooling Mode, this function allows the air conditioner to gradually increase the temperature setpoint by up to 4 degrees during the first 2 hours of being activated and then will maintain the temperature for the next 5 hours. Once the cycle is complete, the unit automatically turns itself off.

In the Heating Mode, this function allows the unit to gradually decrease the temperature setpoint up to 4 degrees during the first 2 hours of being activated and then will maintain the temperature for the next 5 hours. Once the cycle is complete, the unit automatically turns itself off.

This function achieves both energy saving and comfort at night.

Easy to Maintain

Snap open to front hasps and detach the bottom panel.

Remove the screw

Open e-box lid, unplug the fan and vertical louvre terminals.

Snap open the back hasps, unload the fan and indoor motor.

Detachable wind wheel

The wind wheel can be taken out from the unit for thorough cleaning. You can also easily access the evaporator to clean the inner part of the unit.

Top-placed air filter

The air filter is placed on top of the unit and secured with a magnetic attachment. Cleaning the air filter gets easy even on an every day basis.

BTU largely depends on the size of your room. Generally we recommend 12,000 BTU every 500 ft.². So if your room is 500 ft.², then 12,000 would be the right option. If it's less than 500 ft.², the lower options will work just fine. If you have questions or need help please let us know.

Yes, our heat pumps can be integrated with existing HVAC systems. Currently you're viewing our ductless system which does not get integrated into any existing HVAC systems. For other options, please contact us and we will help you pick the right product for your needs.
